Remodeling of clients dinning Room

The dinning room was finished with corck glued against all the walls. The corck started coming off due to damp issues from the adjacent bath room. The client wanted the dinning room the match the finishing of the other rooms of the house.

Service rendered:

Removal of corck finishing and glue used

Treat water damaged wall with sealing agent

Fix holes and cracks on walls

Fix uneven walls for a smooth finish

Repainted ceiling due to discoloring

Paint walls, doors, and trimming with primer and clients chosen color

Paint house exterior

The exterior of the house needed repainting and we suggested that some unpainted surfaces also be painted for a better rounded finish of the house. This included repainting the security gate and cleaning the aluminium sliding door.

Paint exterior walls, accent wall, and step surface

Replace aluminium sliding door wheels

Clean aluminium sliding door

Repaint security gate and fix locking issue
